**DESCRIPTION**

You will support your clients from the ideation to the completion of their home decor project by offering them custom-made window treatment solutions. Your appointments are made by you.

Part time or full time.

**SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- Have a Positive “can do” attitude
- Well Organized with attention to detail
- Able to use measuring tools to measure customer windows on site
- Customer oriented with excellent communication & listening skills (must be fluent in English)
- Have an eye for design
- Strong initiative and self-motivated
- Excellent self management skills to manage the full sales cycle including cold calling, prospecting, pitching, consulting and closing the sale
- Works well independently & with a team
- Quick to learn

**EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION**
- A minimum of one year sales or customer service experience
- A knowledge in window coverings (an asset)

**SCHEDULE**:
Flexible schedule - Can discuss further

**REQUIREMENTS**
**- ** Must be willing to travel in Kitchener and surrounding (to provide customer quotes/measurements)
- Must have a vehicle

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
