Hamilton Volvo is seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a sales consultant. The sales consultant is responsible for the sale of new and certified pre owned vehicles from our store. They are expected to meet both sales quotas and gross profit targets on a consistent basis. Sales consultants are also responsible for CSI.

**Responsibilities**
- Establish and nurture customer relationships for the purpose of selling new and certified pre owned vehicles
- Handle incoming sales traffic (internet, in-person, and phone)
- Qualify all prospects
- Arrange trade-in appraisals through the pre-owned manager
- Liaise between prospect and sales management during negotiations
- Arrange new and pre-owned deliveries through sales management and finance office
- Actively prospect new customers on an ongoing basis
- Follow up with past deliveries ensuring the customer's expectations have been satisfied
- Research and study product changes
- Attend and participate in weekly sales meetings
- Assist in the showroom arrangement when applicable
- Other sales duties as required

**Qualifications**
- Valid OMVIC record
- Full G driver's license
- Previous experience selling new or certified pre owned luxury cars

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hamilton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:
