**Dispatch & Fleet Coordinator - Civil Underground Utilities**

We’re looking for a Dispatch & Fleet Coordinator who can keep our crews, trucks, and heavy equipment moving — safely, efficiently, and on time.

You’ll be the hub of communication between our field crews, mechanics, and project managers. One minute you’re dispatching dump trucks and lowbeds, the next you’re tracking down a vac truck or making sure a mini-excavator is serviced and ready for the next job. You’ll stay two steps ahead of the day, coordinating people and resources so sites have what they need to stay productive.

This role is fast-paced and always changing — perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, staying organized, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

**What you’ll do**:

- Schedule and dispatch operators, dump trucks, and equipment for multiple underground utility projects
- Track fleet movements, fuel, and maintenance schedules
- Communicate daily with site foremen, mechanics, and management to adjust plans as work evolves
- Keep accurate records of hours, mileage, and equipment usage
- Support compliance with safety, maintenance, and regulatory requirements

**What you’ll bring**:

- Experience in construction, utilities, or equipment dispatching (or a strong understanding of how it all fits together)
- Solid communication and organization skills — you keep things clear, even when it’s hectic
- Comfort with scheduling software, spreadsheets, and GPS tracking tools
- A proactive mindset — you see issues coming and handle them before they become problems

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
