- Product Manager Product Supply Chain will collaborate with stakeholders including Product, Commercial Sales, Procurement, Warehousing, Provisioning, Field Operations to deliver products and services to our customers. Responsible for optimizing the product availability network within COGECO to ensure the right product at the right place in the right quantity. Perform analysis on consumption trends and ensure business primes have the information available to maintain forecast and budget trajectory. If you are a high performer where you will be responsible for engaging team members while learning and supporting cross functional business units, this is the role for you.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPlay an active Leadership role in the development and execution of initiatives that will transform operating practices-
- Support Demand & Supply Forecasting prime in establishing forecasts with active product inventory monitoring and control-
- Raise Purchase Requisition in line with forecasts with guidance from Product & Forecasting Primes-
- Support and Perform consumption variance analysis for forecast and budget management through the year-
- Collaborate with internal business partners on managing product visibility and consumption levels-
- Prime integration and support of various acquired ecosystems that come through company acquisition for product supply chain activities-
- Introduce best-in-class supply chain management techniques and practices with a focus on disciplined execution, consistently meeting or exceeding internal customer and external supply market expectations-
- Work closely to support the implementation of strategic programs and collaborate with key stakeholder teamsESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

ACADEMIC TRAINING- University Degree in Business/Supply Chain or Engineering-
- Professional Designation (APICS CSCP, SCMA/SCMP) would be an asset-
- Project management training or certifications (PMP) is also desirable- WORK EXPERIENCE- 3-5 yrs experience in product supply chain preferably in Telecom/Technology-
- Supply chain efficiency project management experience is an assetSPECIFIC COMPETENCIES- Proven analytical, planning, data and financial abilities-
- A strong bias for action and proven ability to work through ambiguity-
- Demonstrated strong sense of ownership and initiative-
- Highly Analytical: good at breaking down problems and delivering actions-
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to communicate complex concepts at all levels-
- Comfortable with regular senior level interactions with Directors & VPs-
- Proficient with Google Suite, JIRA/Confluence, MS Office-
- Bilingual: French and English- You’ll benefit from:
