You are the **Accounts Payable Administrator** at Trickle Creek Homes. You are extremely organized with a strong ability to manage all accounts payables. You can multitask and prioritize to the ever changing needs of the business and are absolutely committed to excellence. You are a team player and love to work in a collaborative work environment. You understand the importance of confidentially and are a trust worthy and hard working person.
- **Responsibilities**_

Receiving, verifying and coding all accounts payable invoices to ensure proper entry

into the financial system.

Ongoing review and reconciliation of payable accounts.

Identifying and correcting any coding deficiencies in the financial system.

Performing regular payment runs as approved by management.

Receiving and addressing all accounts payable queries and vendor correspondence

in a timely manner.

Acting as a liaison between vendors & management

File and maintain all accounting department vendor material.

General administrative duties for various departments of the company.

Special projects as requested.

Processing employee expenses for payment.

Recording financial transactions in accounting software (Xero and QBO)
- **Must Haves**_

1-2 years experience as an Accounts Payable Administrator.

Multi-tasking & Time Management: Managing a mix of administrative and financial tasks efficiently.

Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in both accounting records and office operations.

Communication: Interacting with vendors, employees, and management effectively.

Proficiency in Accounting Software: Experience with accounting systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

**In office training is required then the role is to be transitioned to a remote format.**
