Tourmaline Oil Corp. is Canada’s largest natural gas producer focused on long-term growth through an active
exploration, development, production, and acquisition program in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin.
We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator (“AP Administrator”) to join our team in the
Calgary office.
**PRIMARY FOCUS**
The AP Administrator will primarily be responsible for the initial invoice processing and will provide administrative
and clerical support to the Accounts Payable and Treasury teams.
Reporting to the Team Lead of Treasury Accounting, this role will be responsible for:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Process invoices using OpenInvoice, ensuring accuracy and routing them through the appropriate
workflow.

- Handle the distribution of incoming and outgoing mail related to accounting and AP functions.
- Maintain and organize filing systems for accounting documents.
- Assist with account reconciliations.
- Assist with expense report processing.
- Provide support on ad hoc projects and other assignments as needed.
**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSET**
- Highly organized, with the ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and resolve issues independently.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a small team environment.
- Comfortable collaborating with various internal departments.
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience with OpenInvoice, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and/or Certify is considered an asset, but not
required.
