**Accounts Payable/Administrator**

**Responsibilities**:
**Accounts Payable**
- Ensure all electronic and manual invoices are processed timely and accurately
- Ensure are utility bills are processed timely and accurately per property
- Respond to vendor and internal stakeholder inquiries
- Reconciling Accounts Payable Aging Reports
- Maintaining accounts payable files
- Assist with processing of employee expense claims and vendor statement reconciliation
- Assist with and complete vendor payment processing
- Assist with special accounting projects as required

**AR**

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary certificate, diploma, or degree in accounting
- Good knowledge of generally accepted account principles and procurement practices
- 2-3 Years of previous experience working in Property Management is a must
- Experience with managing electronic invoices an asset
- Previous experience with YARDI Voyager and YARDI Breeze is an asset
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Demonstrated adherence to policy, procedures, and controls
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail while prioritizing and handling a large volume of work
- Ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers at all levels
- Strong work ethic, highly motivated, proactive, and adaptable to change
