**Job Overview**
At All Wood Fine Interiors, our Project Coordinator will support the project management team, by providing administrative as well as operational duties for customer architectural millwork projects. You will also work with and coordinate clients, staff, sub-contractors, vendors and partners to ensure the smooth flow of work throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and completion of custom millwork projects. This includes coordinating timelines and creating schedules, reviewing architectural / shop drawings, assisting with ordering materials, managing resources, ensuring quality standards are met, and communicating with clients and team members as well as helping to identify and eliminate inefficiencies, and to ensure financial and operation success for all projects you are assigned. *This job is 100% on-site.
**Responsibilities**
- Reviewing Drawings and providing mark up back to the PM for approval
- Performed quantity takeoffs for millwork projects
- Able to read architectural as well as shop blueprints
- Have AutoCAD experience and are familiar with the platform
- Assisting the PM with organizing the Project binder
- Updating projects by preparing change orders as required
- Performed purchasing for millwork projects including ordering and tracking delivery of items
- Tracking status of PO’s
- Maintain project awareness to keep Project Managers and others informed about status and potential project issues including managing day-to-day activities for the Project Management team and providing timelines and deliverables
- Managing and building relationships with multiple teams
- Analyzing project data and producing progress reports
- Prepare revenue forecasting and analysis
- Ensuring documentation is maintained throughout the length of the project
- Coming to site as needed, including running small deliverable items to site, acquiring simple site dimensions
- Take site pictures, measurements for fabrication and/or coordination when required.
- Organize and maintain project site files and documents.
- Perform quantity calculations by taking measurements and determining percentage of completed work.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate documents for the project including drawings, submittals, locates, etc.
- Assist with providing final document turnover and compilation of as-built data at completion of project.
- Coordinate deficiencies in a timely manner.
**Qualifications**
- 3-5 years of previous working experience in interior design, architectural or residential and/or commercial millwork industry required
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in blueprint reading and understanding of schematics is essential.
- Have knowledge of INNERGY, Bluebeam and other construction project software.
- Background in construction estimating is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Prior experience in a similar role or related field is preferred
- Attention to detail and a high standard of craftsmanship
- Have knowledge of various materials used in the industry i.e., metal, wood, acrylic, glass etc.
- Experience working with construction and contractors within a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret Structural & Architectural drawings and specifications accurately.
- Knowledge of construction structures, materials, and processes
- A valid driver’s license is required and clean driver’s abstract as you may be required to travel to site locations locally and possibly international
- Must be authorized to work in Canada.
