AWFI is a custom millwork and manufacturing firm specializing in commercial projects that has been operating in the Toronto area for over 20 years. We are AWMAC and LEED certified and educated in the Disney Approach to quality service and have produced millwork in over 1600 construction projects internationally, 1000 of which in the greater Toronto area alone.

We are looking for a project coordinator to join our team. You will support the project management team, by providing administrative as well as operational duties for customer architectural millwork projects. You will also work with and coordinate clients, staff, sub contractors, vendors and partners. You will also be responsible for creating schedules, reviewing architectural / shop drawings, assisting with ordering materials, take meeting minutes, as well as helping to identify and eliminate inefficiencies, as well as ensure financial and operation success for all projects you are assigned.

**What you would be doing?**
- Have you worked in a Millwork Shop in the past?
- Have you performed quantity takeoffs for millwork projects?
- Are you able to read architectural as well as shop blueprints?
- Are you great and running back up and supporting a project manager?
- Are you able to prioritize your time?
- Have you reported back on your activity weekly?
- Have you performed purchasing for millwork projects?
- Have you ordered as well and tracked delivery of items?
- Have you communicated with third party vendors?
- Have you coordinated trades for projects?
- Have you issued purchase orders?
- Can you ensure all reporting including timesheets, equipment usage, productions have been submitted in a timely manner?
- Have you prepared change orders?
- Have you prepared revenue forecasting and analysis?

**What is needed from you?**
- Do you have 2-3 years’ experience in residential and/or commercial millwork?
- Do you have proven experience as an architectural millwork project coordinator?
- Can you fully understand architectural blueprints?
- Do you have knowledge in Bluebeam and other construction project software?
- Do you have knowledge of various materials used in the industry i.e., metal, wood, acrylic, glass etc.?
- Do you have excellent organizational and time-management skills?
- Are you a team player?
- Are you able to multitask?
- Do you have a post-secondary degree in a related field?
- Are you ok with traveling to sites?
- Do you have a clean driving record?
