Project Coordinator Millwork

Overview:
**Duties**:

- Assist with project planning and scheduling
- Coordinate project activities and ensure timely completion
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure project goals are met
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
- Monitor project budgets and expenses
- Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals
- Review blueprints, schematics, and ID drawings
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
- Attend project meetings and provide updates on progress
- On-Site measurements
- Preparing CAD Drawing for production of millwork

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in the millwork industry
- Proficiency in management software such as Bluebeam, CAD or Mozaik, Microsoft Office
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of construction estimating and blueprint reading
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Employment Qualifications:
Must have 2+ years of experience in the woodworking industry, preferably in a Projects or Drafting/Programming role
