**We are looking for someone who can**:
- Manage and maintain calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Prepare and edit reports and correspondence on behalf of the President.
- Prepare professional-level PowerPoint presentations.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Arrange complex travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for both domestic and international trips.
- Organize annual industry incentive trips for large groups that require airfare, transportation hotels, factory tours, meals and team building.
- Liaise with key stakeholders, clients, executive team and staff.
- Plan and organize company/employee events and team offsites.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as required to support.
- Track deadlines, deliverables, and KPI’s to ensure timely completion.
- Support project management activities and provide support for special projects.
- Acting as a point of contact between executives and other internal/external parties.
**We think it would be awesome if you have**:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software is essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for interacting with executives, teams, and clients
- A high level of attention to detail is necessary for accuracy in all tasks
- Time management and prioritization
- Flexibility and the ability to adjust to changing priorities are important.
- Maintaining discretion and handling sensitive information with care is vital.
- Demonstrates a strong ability to work well independently and collaborate effectively across functions, driving alignment and continuous improvement.
