**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Process and record incoming payments accurately using accounting software.
- Manage accounts receivable ledger by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
- Perform account reconciliation to ensure all payments are accounted for and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Analyze customer accounts to identify overdue payments and initiate collection efforts as necessary.
- Collaborate with the accounts payable department to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Negotiate payment terms with clients when necessary to facilitate timely collections.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to billing and payment issues.
- Maintain organized records of all transactions and communications related to accounts receivable.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in Zoho Books or similar accounting software is essential.
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess financial data effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills to facilitate payment arrangements with clients.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on building positive relationships with clients.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 - 40 per week
