**Accounts Payable/Receivable Associate Responsibilities**:

- Analyze transaction information to identify refunds, delinquent accounts and insufficient payments
- Prepare and disburse invoices to customers, bank deposits and credit card transactions
- Resolve issues with delinquent accounts through contacting and working with the customer.
- Reconcile transactions with statements.
- Maintain accurate financial record of all receivable transactions, verifications, etc.
- Collaborate with the CFO, fellow clerks and other finance department members to maintain company financial health.
- Performing accounting tasks such as posting cheques, Credit Cards & AR invoices,.
- Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
- Performing other relevant duties when needed.

**Office Administrator Requirements**:

- High school diploma or a bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field.
- 2 or more years’ office administration experience focusing on accounting.
- Comfortable handling confidential information.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year
