Nous recherchons un(e) adjoint(e) administratif(ve) pour travailler selon un horaire flexible à **temps plein** du lundi au vendredi sur le quart de jour. Les tâches comprendront l'exécution d'une variété de travaux de bureau sélectionnés, les problèmes de service à la clientèle, la facturation et l'assistance avec notre commerce électronique et les commandes par téléphone.
**Fonctions**:
- Répondre aux demandes des clients
- Fournir un soutien à la clientèle (peut être appelé à parler aux clients, résoudre des problèmes)
- Assister le Directeur des ventes - contacter les clients
- Contacter les clients pour des rappels de paiement
- Suivi et traitement des commandes des plateformes e-commerce
- Prise et traitement des commandes clients
- Facturation des commandes, préparation des documents douaniers américains
- Préparation des présentations pour les clients et des échantillons de produits
- Autres tâches administratives diverses selon les besoins
**Exigences**:
- Bilinguisme (communication en français avec les clients québécois, communication en anglais avec le reste du Canada et les États-Unis)
- Excellentes compétences sociales
- Solides compétences en communication et attitude positive
- Esprit d'équipe flexible
- Solides compétences de base en informatique (produits Microsoft Office ; la connaissance du logiciel Simple Comptable est un atout)
- Une expérience antérieure en vente/service à la clientèle est un atout
**We are looking for an administrative assistant to work on a flexible **full-time** schedule from Monday to Friday during the day shift. Tasks will include performing a variety of select office work, customer service issues, invoicing and assisting with our e-commerce and phoned orders.
**Duties include**:
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Providing customer support (may be called upon to speak to clients, resolve problems)
- Assisting Sales Manager - contacting customers
- Contacting past due clients for payment reminders
- Monitoring and processing e-commerce platforms
- Taking and processing customer orders
- Invoicing orders, preparing US Customs documents
- Preparing customer presentations and product samples
- Other assorted administrative tasks as needed
**Requirements**:
- Bilingualism (French communication with Quebec customers, English communication with the rest of Canada and US)
- Excellent social skills
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude
- Flexible team player
- Strong basic computer skills (Microsoft Office products; Simply Accounting knowledge is an asset)
- Previous Sales/Customer service experience is an asset
