Administrative Assistant and Junior Copywriter

We’re looking to add an Administrative Assistant/Junior Copywriter to the Posturepro team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about health and fitness and is already practicing a healthy living philosophy in order to be aligned with Posturepro’s mission, vision, and values.

This is a Junior Copywriter position with 20% administrative tasks.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support Graphic Designer in developing key messaging for clients
- Develop content for our social media platforms, newsletters, and video
- scripts
- Developing Posturepro’s website content
- Research brand & recruitment marketing best practices
- Writing copy for course content, blogs, magazines, and prospecting speaking opportunities
- Book appointments, and greet clients
- Maintain efficient and effective company operations: This includes ensuring the order processing and fulfillment systems run smoothly, customers get what they asked for in a timely manner, and making sure any customer issues are handled professionally and promptly.
- Establish strong working relationships with our customers and international partners, making sure they have the right support from the Posturepro Institute team when they need it and that their orders are fulfilled correctly and promptly
Qualifications & Education:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience with a proven track record building consumer brands/new product/service launches.
- University degree in an appropriate discipline (Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Neuroscience, Occupational Therapy or any health & fitness related field)
- Perfect command of the French and English language, oral and written, and excellent drafting skills
- Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role
- Interest in healthcare or a background in working in healthcare field
- Ability to translate complex medical information for a lay audience
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable working with Apple (Mac) devices
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Entrepreneurship skills are an asset
- Shows initiative, excellent adaptability, analysis and planning, rigor in follow-up and attention to detail, creativity, and innovation
