**Role and Responsibilities**
The Office Administrator will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth workflows and exceptional client communication. Responsibilities include:
- **Phone Management**: Answering and managing client calls.
- **Invoice Creation**: Preparing invoices accurately and efficiently.
- **Client Relations**: Building and maintaining relationships with clients through professional communication.
- **Inventory Management**: Assisting with inventory software and processes.
- **Sales Support**: Collaborating with the sales team to provide excellent client service and support.
**Qualifications**
- **Education**:
- High school diploma (required).
- Degree in administration is a plus but not mandatory.
- **Experience**:
- Prior experience in office administration is **required**.
- Experience in manufacturing environments is a **plus** but not mandatory.
- **Skills**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Notion, and inventory systems.
- A natural sense for sales, with the ability to assist and collaborate effectively with the sales team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
**Work Schedule**
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM (as needed).
- Training will be conducted part-time initially.

**Recruitment Process**
- **Probation**: 3-month probationary period.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 3 years (required)
**Language**:
- Punajbi (required)
Willingness to travel:
- 25% (preferred)
