**Reports to: Mobile Supervisor**:
Britannia Fleet services is currently seeking a service Administrative Assistant to Assist the mobile department in managing process and paperwork flow.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Input and update new customers equipment into the Emdecs system-
- Process repair work orders and timesheets for technicians-
- Organize, scan repair work orders and file all invoices-
- Follow established departmental SOP’s-
- Perform other duties as assigned**EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**:
- Minimum 2 years Customer Service Experience-
- Excellent communication skills-
- Meets deadlines in a timely manner-
- Works well independently and as part of a team-
- Organized with strong attention to detail-
- Proficient in MS Office-
- Accurate data entry**Work Remotely**: No
**Schedule**:
- Day Shift
- Monday to Friday (8am-5pm)
**Ability to commute/relocate**:
Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
