Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Mississauga, ON, with some flexibility for remote work. The Administrative Assistant will support the smooth operations of the brokerage by providing executive administrative assistance, handling clerical tasks, managing communications, and maintaining professional phone etiquette. Daily tasks include scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, organizing files, and assisting the team with administrative needs.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance to support leadership roles effectively.
- Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to engage professionally with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and adapt to dynamic work settings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with real estate software is an asset.
- Previous experience in a real estate or customer service environment is advantageous.
