Allseas was acquired by Premium Brands Holding Corporation in 2019, which is traded on the TSX and generates $6B in annual revenue. Premium Brands owns a broad range of leading specialty food manufacturing and differentiated food distribution businesses with operations in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia and in Arizona, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nevada, Ohio, and Washington. Servicing over 22,000 customers across more than 80 owned brands.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for accounting/finance, income/commodity tax, payroll, IT and business administration functions.
- Responsible for all accounting, financial reporting and operational data analysis activities for Allseas Fisheries, including intercompany effects with other Premium Brands entities.
- Ensure monthly and quarterly financial reports occur within prescribed deadlines.
- Ability to report and analyze financial results/reports from Allseas Fisheries individual companies, businesses including but not limited to financial statements, financial reconciliations, cash flow projections, margins), as well as Allseas Fisheries on a general consolidated level. Provision of analysis and operational support as it pertains to startegy, production/costing variances, profitability, sales analysis.
- In collaboration with Allseas Fisheries executive management team, present and discuss the Allseas Fisheries financial results to Premium Brands's management, highlighting areas of concerns and applicable action plans. Specifically, translate insight gained from analytical financial results review into practical recommendations to both the company and Premium Brands management.
- Ensure that the Allseas Fisheries costing models are current and accurate, and is continuously improved. Ability to interpret the costing model and its results, and provide assistance with various users.
- Manage working capital requirements and targets by establishing and maintaining clear internal key performance metrics and related procedures.
- Manage the preparation and presentation of annual budget and periodical forecasts.
- Review all forms of contractual agreements for the company and provide commentary to address/mitigate identified risks.
- Continuous development of an efficient and effective system of management internal control of safeguard all assets including ERP system.
- Manage capital allocation startegies by preparing and presenting business cases supported by both qualitative and quantitative factors. Establish an effective monitoring/feedback mechanism to provide confirmation capital projects are implemented and operating as intended.
- Manage cash flow and in conjuction with Premium Brands, monitor and administer banking activities including foreign exchange.
- Oversee the administration of benefits plan.
- Lead, develop and mentor accounting and finacial reporting staff. Ensure effective feedback and career progression planning is delievered on atimely basis.
- Engage with and support the external audit activities and audit preparation.
- Drive continuous improvement through innovation spanning all facets of the company and not accepting the status quo.
- Interface with employees, customers and vendors on and as needed basis.
- Liaise with Premium Brands's finance and accounting staff and provide ad hoc reporting as needed.
- Take a leadership role in identifying, financially justifying and impelmenting a new ERP system to better positioncompany for future growth.

**Requirements**:

- An undergraduate degree combined with the completion of a professional accounting qualification(CPA, Ontario).
- Experience in a similar role in manufacturing/food environment.
- Demonstrated experience in costing.
- Able to exercise sound judgement based upon appropriate and sufficient review and analysis of the facts at hand.
- Strong communication, analysis, presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Comfortable working in dynamic, yet supportive team environment.
- Capable of working independently and autonomously while at the same time contributes effectively as a member of the senior management team.
- Considers themselves a major contributor in the achievement of operational and financial goals.
