**Administrative Assistant for Nonprofit Organizations**
We are seeking an energetic and versatile Administrative Assistant to support multiple nonprofit organizations. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is not afraid to go the extra mile.About the RoleAs our Administrative Assistant, you will be the backbone of our operations, wearing multiple hats and adding value wherever possible. You will support various nonprofit organizations, executing a wide range of tasks that contribute to their missions. **Key Responsibilities**
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including interacting with high-profile individuals
- Manage calendars and make travel arrangements
- Maintain office operations and procedures, including filing, supply management, and running errands
- Conduct research and create reports and presentations
- Support and add value to multiple nonprofit organizations through various administrative tasks
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Ability to work independently in an unsupervised environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Fast learner with excellent time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent administrative and organizational abilities
- Capacity to maintain balance among multiple priorities

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Calgary, AB T2P 3H7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
