Community Apothecary is an independent, no-public access pharmacy, utilizing a multidisciplinary team of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, assistants, and nurses who provide high-quality care to some of the most vulnerable members of our communities.
Community Apothecary strives to make a real difference in people’s lives by bringing progressive, clinical, community pharmacy to our clients in their homes. We work closely with non-profit organizations to support a diverse range of clients who are traditionally underserved in the healthcare system.
**Who you are / the role**
An excellent communicator that’s exceptionally organized and enjoys organizing others.
The ability to wear multiple hats is key to the success of the position, as a human resources administrator.
Flexibility and a willingness to learn are a must, no two days will be the same. Furthermore, the ability to gain confidence and trust early on in this role is important.
**What you need**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 2 - 4 years of experience in an HR Administrative position. If you’re a budding HR star this could be the perfect stepping stone
- Creative and energetic personality, with a proven ability to work independently, as well as collaborate with others.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with varying responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate
- Strong computer proficiency
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize
