Reporting directly reporting to the Manager of Human Resources and Systems; pay rate as agreed, based on experience, expertise, and applicable education. COMPANY INTRODUCTION Teen Challenge is a 12-month, faith-based, in-residence drug and alcohol rehabilitation program, for adults 18 and older. We currently have 8 centres located in Alberta, Atlantic Canada, Saskatchewan and Ontario that are able to serve up to 197 people who are struggling with substance addiction. We demonstrate God’s love by helping individuals become free from substance addiction and equipping them to live full and meaningful lives. JOB POSITION DESCRIPTION Our team is looking for a full-time Human Resources Administrator with two years experience. The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for delivering comprehensive support to the Human Resources department and Teen Challenge employees. Key responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment, selection and onboarding process, maintaining human resources and personnel records, initiating employee healthcare benefits, administering training through our Learning Management System, administration of our health and safety program, and handling all matters related to employees with the utmost sensitivity and confidentiality.
