Kitchener, Canada U Save Flooring Full time

U Save Flooring is looking for a reliable office administrator with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. Average 20-25 hours per week including one day on the weekend.

**Duties**
- Responsible for entering orders from the sales team into the POS
- Enter receiving into the system and reconcile with payable invoices
- File documents and paperwork etc.
- Create sales tags for new products and price changes
- Assist with merchandising the showroom
- answering phones and re-direct calls
- Other daily administrative tasks as required

**Skill Requirements**
- At least 2 years of experience in office administration is required
- Excellent telephone manner
- Possess an understanding and working knowledge of MS Office to include Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to multitask in a fast past environment
- Ability to work alone or as a team player
- Strong organizational and prioritizing skills and effective time management skills required
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to count cash and reconcile day end sales in a timely manner

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- administrative assistant: 2 years (required)
