- Oversee vendor management by coordinating with suppliers and ensuring timely delivery of services and products.
- Support human resources functions, including onboarding new employees and assisting with training development initiatives.
- Handle phone systems and manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel as needed.
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks for invoicing, expense tracking, and budget management.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management meetings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while fostering a positive office environment.
