The office administrator ensures the smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth.

**About us**

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, customers and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Participate in writing excellent help documentation—both for internal use and for our customers.
- Become an Expiration Reminder power user—before you can support others, you must know the product yourself.

**Required Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an **office administrator**, office assistant or relevant role.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (QuickBooks Online is a plus)
- High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
- Demonstrable critical thinking, communication, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
- Self-starter, positive attitude, ability to continuously develop and adapt to a growing team.
- Familiarity chat, CRM and help desk platforms.

**Location**
- Remote.
- Must be an Ontario, Canada resident.
