**Job Summary**
Plus Communications Inc. is seeking a highly driven **B2B Sales & Business Development Executive** to lead growth in our Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment. This is a high-impact role responsible for building a B2B sales team, driving new business development, and selling a full suite of wireless and connectivity solutions—including mobile plans, devices, business Internet, and IoT products.

You’ll be instrumental in expanding our footprint across Ontario by identifying prospects, building long-term relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet evolving SMB needs.

**Duties**
- **Build & Lead the B2B Sales Team**:
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of B2B sales professionals.
- **Prospect & Qualify SMB Leads**:
Identify and engage with small and mid-sized businesses across Ontario through outbound calls, networking, field visits, and referrals.
- **Promote Plus Communications Inc Solutions**:
Sell our complete range of business services, including wireless plans, Internet, mobile devices, warranties, IoT, security add-ons, and mobile device management (MDM).
- **Conduct Needs Analysis & Solution Selling**:
Assess client business needs, pain points, and budget constraints to recommend suitable products and packages.
- **Develop & Maintain Client Relationships**:
Build strong relationships with decision-makers such as business owners, IT leads, and operations managers, ensuring exceptional service and ongoing support.
- **Deliver Sales Presentations & Close Deals**:
Prepare proposals and quotes, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and close sales in alignment with company policies.
- **Manage Sales Territory**:
Oversee a defined territory within Ontario, with regular in-person meetings and attendance at local business events.
- **Utilize CRM for Sales Management**:
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline updates in our CRM system.
- **Collaborate Cross-Functionally**:
Work closely with internal teams including technical support, provisioning, and customer service to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- 2-5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within telecom or wireless solutions
- Valid Ontario driver’s license and access to a vehicle for travel
- Familiarity with Bell, BSB, and competing telecom products (e.g., Rogers, Telus, Shaw, Freedom)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
- Highly self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)

**Assets (Nice to Have)**:

- Experience selling mobile plans, business Internet, or device bundles (smartphones, tablets, VoIP systems)
- Knowledge of MDM, telecom security solutions, and BSB sales
- Bilingual in French and English (for roles in bilingual regions)
