**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business leads and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management.
- Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and consistently meet sales targets.
- Engage in B2B sales efforts, focusing on printing, packaging, and labelling solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Support accounting tasks including invoicing, payment tracking, and basic reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions using CRM or similar tools.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify potential areas for growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in printing, packaging, or B2B environments.
- Basic accounting experience (invoicing, client account tracking, reconciliations).
- Strong computer skills; proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is an asset.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with a track record of closing deals.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingual communication skills (English and Spanish) are considered an advantage.
- Customer-focused with the ability to build long-term professional relationships.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $34,400.00-$70,000.00 per year
