We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Manager - Renovation to take our Supply & Install / Renovation channel to new heights. This is your opportunity to shape strategy, inspire a high-performing team, and make a direct impact on revenue growth.

**What You’ll Do**
- Develop and execute bold sales strategies that drive revenue in the renovation channel.
- Build and nurture relationships with key partners, customers, and industry influencers.
- Coordinate with company executives to determine the best sales strategies and market priorities.
- Analyze regional market trends to uncover new opportunities and stay ahead of new opportunities for growth.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and build relationships.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting and set performance goals accordingly.
- Directly and indirectly coach and grow a team of Renovation Sales Representatives across Western Canada.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and performance reports to keep the team focused and aligned.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional campaigns, and marketing materials for the renovation channel.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to build out and execute strategies that will improve and grow the renovation channel.

**What You Bring**
- Experience leading a high-performance B2C sales team.
- Able to balance Business Development demands.
- An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and market analysis.
- A customer-first mindset with excellent negotiation and coaching skills.
- Strong communication and team management/coaching skills.
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Strategic thinking with a results-oriented, problem-solving approach
- Willingness to travel and a passion for building lasting partnerships.
