**Inside Sales Representative**

The Inside Sales Representative is a responsible and driven individual that can establish great relationships with their customer base. The position consists of providing technical support for quoting, preparing proposals for submission, processing orders, tracking orders and trouble shooting. Good communication skills, self-motivation, and a desire to learn will be required. Having the flexibility to deal with changing priorities and the ability to reliably respond in a timely manner is essential.

Provide pricing/quotations & order entry for:

- Walk in customers, wholesale accounts, school boards and cash sale customers.
- Non-bid and spec projects, i.e. Fan replacements, architectural louvers, grd’s & small project lists.
- Replacement parts.

Order and process warranty requests by working with customers and vendors to make sure the process goes smoothly.
- High School Diploma
- Worked in wholesale or industrial environment.
- Have customer service and office experience.
- Be comfortable using Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
- The ability to learn new software swiftly.
- An eye for detail.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
