**Experience Preferred (But We'll Train the Right Person)**:

- Hydronics, Plumbing & Heating background is an asset
- Understanding of construction processes and product representation
- Experience with construction document review and preparation

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Sales Leadership**: Participate in sales meetings, develop forecasts, and analyze market conditions
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, engineers, and architects
- **Technical Support**: Provide expert product knowledge and technical assistance to clients
- **Order Coordination**: Manage sales orders, handle changes/cancellations, and ensure delivery commitments are met
- **Business Development**: Identify decision-makers, expand prospect database, and develop strategic sales approaches
- **Industry Engagement**: Attend conferences to build networks and stay current with industry trends
- **Professional Growth**: Actively participate in training, meetings, and professional development opportunities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
