NCH Canada Inc. is a leading manufacturer and distributor of industrial maintenance products. We are looking for a full-time Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Operational Coordinator, you will be tasked with assisting the company in many duties, maintaining quality and safety standards, keeping records, and maintaining supplies daily. This position supports operations departments of the company. These are the minimum company expectations.

**Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to**

The following is a list of the primary duties and responsibilities of the employee, which the company reserves rights - as outlined in the employment contract - to alter, when necessary, based on the demands and requirements of the proper functioning of the Company:

- Managing and organizing files, data entry and record keeping as well as copying and distributing documents and maintaining office supplies
- Support QC and Production departments by, but not limited to; batch approvals, releases & adjustments
- Scheduling appointments, meetings and training
- Perform inspections as assigned
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of Company operations
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Administrative and support functions for Operations and EHS departments as well as assisting with projects as needed and any other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Computer literate, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel and outlook.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Superior organizational, time management skills, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work effectively alone and prioritize.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Accountable, dependable, adaptable, and flexible.
- Ability to work well with cross functional teams.
