Operations Administrative Coordinator

**SUMMARY**
The Operations Administrative Coordinator is responsible for the scheduling operations team members within the Warehouse function. Supporting the Management Team with the day-to-day operation of the warehouse, responsible for a group of operators and ensuring an efficient warehouse operation in achieving business targets.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Operations**
- Assist in running an efficient warehouse operation which fulfils operational and customer demand and meet set targets
- Prepare the staff schedule using a scheduling software system
- Prior to the start of services on a daily basis, make revisions to the schedule to accommodate staff absences when necessary
- Schedule and track attendance
- Foresee long-term scheduling needs and plan for staff vacation periods
- Answer the phone and redirect as necessary
- Identify any systems improvements and make recommendations for change
- Produce regular reports and statistics as and when required
**People Management**
- Communicate with staff on a regular basis to ensure awareness of priorities, targets and operational requirements
- Report progress updates, key achievements, and any concerns to the Warehouse Supervisor and/or Manager
- Actively committed to teams’ development and growth
- Have a collaborative approach to working with others.
**Customer Service**
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and transport companies when required in a timely manner.
**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Diploma or degree in Supply chain management, Logistics or Business Administration
- 2-3 years of leadership experience in warehousing environment
Pay: $33,100.00-$61,515.51 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
**Language**:
- Mandarin (preferred)
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Brampton, ON L6T 5A3
