**About the Role**:We’re seeking a motivated and personable **Dealer Account Specialist** to join our Dealer Support Team. In this customer service and support-focused role, you will provide customized support to our Dealers, ensuring they receive the necessary guidance and resources to navigate onboarding and achieve operational efficiencies and growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Dealer Onboarding and Authorization:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for Dealers, ensuring they are fully aware of and committed to the program’s requirements and benefits.
- Manage initial setups, including financial commitments and training schedules, ensuring compliance and readiness.
Personalized Growth Planning:
- Work closely with Dealers to help develop personalized growth plans that align with their specific market conditions and business goals.
- Assist in defining measurable targets such as Serviceable Obtainable Market (SOM) and identifying operational strengths and opportunities for improvement.
Training and Development Oversight:
- Oversee Dealers’ progress through our training program, ensuring they complete essential courses on quoting, installation, troubleshooting, and more.
- Coordinate additional support and resources during the growth phase, particularly in marketing and sales training.
Operational Excellence Guidance:
- Guide Dealers through operational enhancements, equipment investments, and team expansions to support scalability and service excellence.
Continuous Engagement and Support:
- Maintain proactive communication with Dealers, addressing their needs, solving challenges, and keeping them informed about new developments.
- Prepare and support Dealers through quarterly and annual performance evaluations, aiding them in qualifying for various recognition and incentive programs.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- **Customer Service Expertise**:A strong background in customer service and an ability to manage complex interactions which foster trust and positive relationships with our dealers.
- **CRM Proficiency**: Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot and Freshdesk (or similar).

**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience working with dealer networks or in a similar B2B customer service role.
- Familiarity with the lighting or technology industry is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $51,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
