Evidence Partners® Inc. is the market leader in AI-enabled literature review automation software and creator of DistillerSR.

Literature reviews are the cornerstone of evidence-based research, but their production has traditionally been highly manual, time consuming, and error prone. Today, more than 300 of the world’s leading research organizations, including more than 60 percent of the largest pharmaceutical and medical device companies, trust DistillerSR to securely produce transparent, audit-ready, and regulatory compliant literature reviews faster and more accurately than any other method.

Under the supervision of the Senior Director, Solution Engineering and Services, the Junior Technical Training Specialist will be at the forefront of transforming our training and certification programs and taking them to the next level. As a Junior Technical Training Specialist, you will be a primary resource responsible for educating our clients on the DistillerSR SaaS platform, will own the development and delivery of our client training curriculum, will assist with onboarding/training new employees, will participate in a variety of webinars, and will be responsible to the creation of training materials, presentations, templates, FAQ’s, etc. The Junior Technical Training Specialist will also own our certification programs.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Working closely with clients, managing client expectations, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Working on multiple projects, accounts, with deadlines, and milestones
- Train new clients & users on efficiently using Evidence Partners SaaS products to achieve their objectives
- Deliver custom training workshops for our clients based on their requirements
- Create and develop custom training plans for clients based on their needs
- Develop eLearning course content using course development software
- Develop and maintain training materials including training manuals lesson plans
- Administer Evidence Partner’s learning management system
- Be a confident and articulate communicator who can alter their style of communication to suit different customer’s needs
- Develop and host refresher training for existing clients
- Identify and assess future and current training needs
- Contribute to upsell revenue by performing value-driven demonstrations to various stakeholders
- Contribute to growing the community of clients.
- Become a ‘product champion’ with absolute knowledge of the DistillerSR platform
- Pro-actively collect, analyze, and share customer feedback with colleagues in the sales team and with product development.
- Contribute to the onboarding and training of Evidence Partners employees
- Participation in continuous improvement initiatives
- Contributing to Evidence Partners documentation and training materials
- Assist with drafting services related policies, procedures, and work instructions
- Work and act in accordance with Evidence Partners core organizational values
- Travel may be required up to 15% of the time

**Skills & Qualifications (Education and Experience)**:

- University degree or college diploma with a concentration in Computer Science, Communications, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years as a technical trainer working with clients, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Experience in designing technical course content and ability to address training needs with complete courses
- Familiarity with learning development software, such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360 or similar tools
- Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) such as Absorb, Docebo, or Moodle
- Understanding of learning design concepts such as ADDIE and ELRA
- Understanding of adult learning concepts and pedagogy
- Ability to prioritize multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and changing business requirements
- Strong organizational skills and proven ability to manage and lead commercial training engagements
- Ability to convey technical information and business impact to non-technical clients
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds
- Exceptional team player and Customer Service skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to work from home and provide suitable computer equipment, internet access, camera, and headset for video meetings - this is a remote position
- Well-developed computer skills, and a working knowledge of the Windows environment including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Outlook
