Celebright is a fast growing, Ottawa based company that designs, manufactures, and sells Permanent Holiday Lighting throughout North America. Our Authorized Dealer Network is expanding and we’re currently looking for new Account Representatives that are customer service orientated with some B2B sales knowledge.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Research and seek potential dealers to expand our network in a B2B low-pressure sales environment.
- Assist bringing new dealers through the onboarding process

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Sales and/or Customer Service experience; some B2B experience would be an asset.
- Strong communication skills.
- Enjoys building professional relationships.
- Strong time management and independent work skills.
- Able to work well in a collaborative team environment.
- Courteous and just generally nice to be around.

**Education and Experience**:

- No specific education required. Some post secondary education is an asset, specifically a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
- 2+ years of Sales or Customer Service experience
- B2B Sales or Customer Service experience would be an asset

**Compensation**:

- Salary to be negotiated based on successful applicant's skill set and experience.
- Bonus: annual bonus for company profit sharing.
- Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision + Life Insurance.

**Location**:

- Hybrid position with part time in office and up to 50% work from home.
- Office is located in Kanata.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $44,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
