**Job description**

This position is responsible for managing administration tasks in the office (not a remote position). We need someone motivated and incredibly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize regularly.
- Receptionist duties including answering the phone, greeting customers and arranging appointments
- Organize, update, set up and scan client electronic files
- Manage Sharepoint, our online document system
- Manage company calendar including bringing forward priority projects as needed and coordinate internal and client meetings
- Onboard new clients by following the established process
- Prepare and send quarterly newsletter to clients
- Maintain internal office resources
- Establish safety protocols and health and wellness initiatives
- Reconcile and manage petty cash
- Prepare and track various initiatives as required
- Support internal staff administratively
- Research as required
- Document preparation
- Comply with all company policies and processes
- Other duties as needed

**Requirements**:

- Must have Microsoft 365 experience
- Must have general understanding of bookkeeping terminology and processes
- Preferably a diploma from an Office Administration program or 2+ years experience in an office environment as an assistant or administrator
