Our Ford/Lincoln dealership in Shelburne, ON, is looking for a Sales Assistant to join our amazing team

The Sales Assistant is the front-line representative for a busy sales associate. S/he welcomes sales customers as they enter the dealership, answers basic inquiries, handles vehicles deliveries and paperwork, performs all licensing duties and assists with social media posts. This position also answers to the Sales Manager and the Owner/Managing Partner and performs general dealership duties as required.

**Core Accountabilities**
- Greet customers in a professional manner.
- Assist sales associate with vehicle delivery.
- Answer basic customer inquiries.
- Responsible for initiating Ford Pass or Lincoln Way App and explaining vehicle features.
- Accuracy of all paperwork produced.
- Follow all customer requirements.
- Assist management as needed.
- Filing.
- Perform all licensing of new and used vehicles including demos and wholesale transactions.
- Coordinate the pickup and drop off with license office.
- Communicate costs of licensing on each transaction to the sales staff including the business managers and accounting.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills and customer service. Including written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization and its executive team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.
- Must have an enthusiastic personality.
- Professional appearance & friendly disposition.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
- OMVIC certification is an asset.
