**Salary Range**:$47,000 - $50,000

**About the opportunity**

As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, and as the champion of the recruitment process, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible to:

- posting job advertisements
- scheduling interviews with Hiring Managers
- performing background checks and reference checks
- work with the Human Resources Generalist to manage the applicant tracking system (ATS); assist with ATS system integration and administration (ie. Talent Nest) and provide system support to Hiring Managers
- generate recruitment reports including vacancy reports, talent metrics and others, as requested by the Director of Human Resources
- research and make recommendations on the latest recruiting trends and tools to strive for efficiencies and effectiveness in talent acquisition
- participate in job fairs and in-house recruitment events

**About you.**
- College Diploma or University Degree in Human Resources, or equivalent
- one (1) year proven experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role; retail, automotive and/or dealership experience preferred
- sound understanding of recruitment process
- proficiency working with applicant tracking systems, ie. Talent Nest, and Microsoft Office software (ie. Excel, Word, Outlook)
- strong ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
- ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
- strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
- ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- ability to work independently and with mínimal supervision
- self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
