Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing talent acquisition from beginning to end. As the in-house recruiter, this individual is primarily accountable for developing and implementing sourcing strategies to attract the best talent to Coreio, as well as streamlining and owning the recruitment process. Reporting into the HR Manager, the recruiter works collaboratively with hiring managers of various departments to understand their short and long-term talent needs and execute on fulfilling them.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Promote Coreio as an IT services company that provides high quality enterprise-scale IT Infrastructure and Operations services
- Consult with hiring managers to identify and understand responsibilities, job specifications, and qualifications for positions at all levels
- Understand the local labor market and develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract high caliber talent
- Maintain and grow the Coreio employment brand through social media, internal and external communication, outreach and related efforts
- Maintain relationships with partnered recruitment agencies
- Update recruitment metrics on a weekly basis
- In partnership with the HR team, research, implement and maintain an Applicant Tracking System to house all applicant and internal resource data
- Streamline recruitment process and ensure managers follow appropriate processes in place
Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of 1-3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience required. Experience in IT recruitment is a bonus
- Strong team player who brings a large amount of enthusiasm and energy to the workplace
- Superior interpersonal skills with proven ability to effectively build relationships
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Experience using social media platforms and applicant tracking systems
