You will lead our committed and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition team to introduce the highest quality talent in the life sciences industry that are a perfect fit for our team and culture.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Leadership**: Lead and inspire a team of talent acquisition professionals to achieve recruitment goals and deliver exceptional results.
- ** People Development**: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, providing coaching and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and career growth.
- ** Stakeholder Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and hiring managers to ensure alignment with business objectives and recruitment strategies.
- ** Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent across North America, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- ** Performance Metrics**: Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- ** Employer Branding**: Enhance our employer brand in the North American market through targeted marketing and engagement initiatives.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a senior talent acquisition role, preferably within a large, complex organization.
- Experience leading recruitment teams who support both Canada and US
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
- Demonstrable ability to leverage data across all elements of Talent Acquisition.
- Exceptional hands-on recruiter with a broad knowledge of direct sourcing methods
- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices and market trends.
