Parkwood Homes is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our high-performing sales team in the fast-paced homebuilding industry. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, the Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, ensure targets are met, and cultivate strong client relationships. This role requires strong management, organizational, and communication skills to drive team success and enhance customer satisfaction.

**The Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, the Sales Manager has the following role and responsibilities:

- Ensure monthly and annual sales targets are met.
- Ensure that the sales team adheres to internal policies and procedures.
- Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of staff, monitoring and prioritizing workflow and schedules.
- Supervise the sales team’s efforts to achieve established sales goals while supporting them in building and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Address client and sales issues thoughtfully to maintain positive homeowner relationships.
- Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure we provide a positive client experience.
- Maintain knowledge of company goals, vision, and values to ensure appropriate prioritizing and adherence to work policies, regulations, and ethics.
- Collaborate with the sales team to plan and develop effective sales strategies, goals, and targets.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date sales documentation, including contracts, drawings, agreements, and forms.
- Perform administrative tasks, including recording and tracking the sales pipeline, purchase agreements, home and lot inventory, and document filing.
- Review and approve sales documents for accuracy and timeliness.
- Train sales staff on sales processes and best practices to boost performance. This includes monitoring their performance to identify improvement areas and recommending targeted training for efficiency.

**The Requirements**
- Minimum 5 years of sales and management experience.
- Experience in home building, real estate, and/or construction industries is a strong asset.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Highly organized with excellent time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, ERP systems and CRM software.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and hardworking individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must demonstrate the ability to work independently, take initiative, work well within a team environment, and actively participate in team meetings.
- Maintain and promote the professional image of Parkwood by providing an elevated level of positive customer service.

Pay: $82,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
