With the ultimate goal of providing the best authentic tattoos possible for our clients.

**JOB OVERVIEW**:
Reporting to the COO of Chronic Ink, our Toronto Studio Manager directs all Studio’s day-to-day operations and is accountable for key financial and performance measures, including sales, service recovery, health & safety, cleanliness inspections, guest experience, and employee and artist engagement & retention.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

Shaping the Work Environment
- Train, coach and develop staff to deliver a positive and performance-motivated employee culture
- Coach artists and employees in the moment to educate and inspire a change in behaviour
- Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business.
- Monitoring adherence to SOPs and Guest service standards and conducting on-job-coaching as required.

**Organizational Bodybuilding**
- Strong communication, interpersonal and coaching skills with a proven track record of growing and developing teams
- Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives.

**Up and Running**
- Review, understand and operate towards the business goals and financial targets established by Chronic Ink
- Suggest operational improvements that drive Studio sales or reduce costs
- Identify opportunities and best practices to improve profitability
- Alignment and maintaining margins according to plan ensuring inventory accuracy
- Support HR Department’s employee policies, procedures and programs for a consistent experience for all employees
- Ensure all employee relations inquiries and complaints are handled promptly
- Ensure negative guest experience issues which have been identified are resolved

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
