Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage resident and guest artists bookings to ensure a seamless and efficient scheduling process.
- Organize and oversee daily operations to maintain a smooth workflow and exceptional customer service.
- Monitor the studio's expenses and budget to optimize financial performance.
- Plan and control inventory to ensure supplies are available for artists and clients.
- Handle the studio's social media channels, including Instagram and TikTok, to engage with our audience and showcase our work.
- Develop and execute a content calendar for social media platforms to maintain a consistent online presence and attract new clients.
- Maintain the brand's image by ensuring all content and interactions reflect our values and aesthetic.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Create engaging content to promote the studio's services and build brand awareness.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a managerial role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to effectively handle various tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with artists, clients, and followers on social media platforms.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and content creation software.
- A passion for tattoos and a keen eye for design.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

**Experience**:

- Experience in customer services and sales is a must.

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 2 years (required)
