We are a vibrant tufting studio where creativity meets craftsmanship Our studio offers a space for individuals to design and create their own custom rugs. We pride ourselves on providing a fun, friendly, and creative environment for our customers, and we're looking for a dedicated Studio Assistant to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet and assist customers, ensuring they have a fantastic experience from start to finish. Provide guidance and support throughout their rug-making journey.
- **Studio Maintenance**: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio, including workstations, tools, and common areas.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is well-maintained.
- **Communication**: Effectively communicate with customers, answering questions, providing instructions, and addressing any concerns.
- **Support Studio Operations**: Assist with setup and breakdown of workshops, prepare materials, and ensure the studio is ready for daily operations.
- **Learning and Development**: Be willing to learn new skills related to tufting and rug-making, and stay updated on the latest trends and techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred. Experience in a creative or craft environment is a plus.
- **Skills**: Strong customer service skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work as part of a team.
- **Attributes**: Responsible, hardworking, and detail-oriented with a positive attitude.
- **Language**: Fluency in English is required.
