We’re young, we’re growing, and we’re looking for passionate people to join our team. Our brand is all about creativity, fun, and a serious love for handmade jewelry. Started in Utah in and now with 10 locations (with more coming soon), there’s plenty of room to grow with us.

**Your Role as Studio Manager**:
As the Studio Manager, you will be the heart and soul of your Gem Studio location. You’ll oversee daily operations, ensuring every customer who walks through the door leaves with a smile and a piece of jewelry they crafted themselves. You’ll also be responsible for driving sales, leading and coaching the team, and maintaining our high standards of customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of talented silversmiths
- Ensure all clients have an exceptional experience from the moment they enter to the time they leave
- Run workshops, charm sessions, and permanent jewelry appointments as needed
- Oversee scheduling, inventory, and day-to-day studio operations
- Convert enquires into bookings for workshops and appointments
- Collaborate with the marketing team to capture content and promote the studio
- Maintain and grow client relationships through sales and retention efforts
- Ensure studio cleanliness and organization, creating an inviting atmosphere for clients
- Monitor and manage studio goals, driving team performance toward financial targets

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
