Office Administrator

As **Office Administrator** you will work as a front-line ambassador welcoming our members and their guests with a high standard of service delivery. You are a resourceful, highly organized and positive individual with a client-first approach. You will oversee the flow of information through the office, track documents, maintain accurate records, manage daily operations of the Office and have the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide reception service for the club
- Perform administrative duties such as printing, photocopying, filing, ordering supplies and preparing packages for couriers
- Prepare membership badges for yearly pick up
- Identify and resolve administrative issues
- Verify accuracy and completion of documents, files and information
- Determine priorities and mange conflicting deadlines
- Provide support to the General Manager and Membership Administrator
- Oversee and provide direction to seasonal office staff
- Support the club’s annual strategic planning activities
- Answer questions about the club, social happenings, events and on-hill activities

**Skills and Attributes**
- 3+ years of administrative support or office management experience
- Comfortable using:
- Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams)
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms)
- Zoom
- Previous experience using JONAS Club Software an asset
- Proficient communications skills with proven ability to prioritize tasks
- You are flexible and have the ability to prioritize multiple requests concurrently and meet deadlines
- You have demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to work and make decisions independently as well as within a team
- You are a versatile, skilled and effective communicator with demonstrable evidence of strong written and oral communications skills
- Ability to work effectively and exercise good judgement with all levels of the organization
**Physical/mental demands**: This position works primarily indoors and requires prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing. There are times you may be outdoors on slippery and/or uneven snow or icy surfaces. Team members must always remain alert and attentive. Must be able to use hands to grasp, twist, push and pull. There are times of high stress due to volume and deadlines. Some tasks require repetitive movement. Must be comfortable speaking clearly and listening/focusing in noisy areas.
