**Member & Guest Services Administrator**

In the role of Member & Guest Services Administrator, you will be primarily responsible for ticket sales, guest reservations, member services and providing general information on all operational days. If you are a detail-oriented person with experience in administration and customer service, we want to hear from you

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**
- General administrative work related to a member services desk, ticket desk and events managing the event tickets, member items and lift ticket sales through the point-of-sale system
- Update company website with operational updates and reservation details
- Responsible for the member waiver submissions, member and staff badges, and guest ticket sales
- Support with special events administrative tasks, set up, registration and tickets
- Year-end reporting and inventory on tickets and badge sales
- Delivering an excellent member and guest experience in all aspects of the position
- Responding to member and guest inquiries and requests

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in an administrative or front desk position is an asset
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and full Office suite required
- Familiarity and/or experience with Jonas Club Management/Point of Sale considered an asset
- Keen eye for detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, outgoing attitude - you’re a “people person”
- You love being part of a team and value effective communication

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: minimum of 1 year (preferred)
- Handling sales transactions (cash, debit, credit card)
- Blue Mountains, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal, Contract

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8-hour shift with additional hours and flexibility as needed
- Expected approximately 40-hours per week
- Day shift
- Wednesday to Sunday, every weekend included
- Holidays required (excluding Christmas Day)
- Position running from mid-November to mid-March
