Responsible for all administrative tasks generated by the departments within the Mountain Experience Division. Works daily to assist the departmental managers and assistant manager with administrative tasks associated with Onboarding, Time and Attendance, Scheduling, Payroll and other various administrative duties.

**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**
- Builds staff schedules considering budgetary requirements
- Reviews and edits daily time and attendance entries, point of contact between Division and Payroll.
- With leadership, develops and updates departmental SOP’s; Organizes and manages SOP library.
- Coordinates asset management program completes regular audits and ensure par stock of physical assets and storage
- Provides administrative support to departmental leaders as required

**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
- 3-5 years of administrative experience required, past administrative experience at Blue Mountain preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary degree/diploma in business or administrative is an asset
- Knowledge and experience of Kronos Time & Attendance Program an asset
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office
