Program Administration Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Program Administration Manager to oversee and support our diverse programs and ensure smooth operations across all aspects.
You will be instrumental in overseeing, supporting, and assisting the club's ski, snowboard, and freestyle programs, with a specialized focus on race administration. Your role is critical in ensuring the smooth functioning of departmental operations, managing administrative processes, and aiding team members to focus on their core responsibilities, driving the organization’s overall success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee all aspects of the club's race program and other programs, ensuring smooth operation and adherence to rules, regulations, internal policies, and best practices.
- Handle administrative tasks related to the racing program and other programs, including registrations, entries, payment processing, records, results, and competition materials.
- Disseminate important information to athletes, coaches, families, participants, and other stakeholders clearly and timely.
- Work closely with the Head of Racing, Alpine Program Manager, department heads, team coaches, race officials, instructors, and other department members to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Keep accurate records, results, entries, and other relevant data for future reference, analysis, and reporting.
- Train, document, and track program staff to ensure they possess the necessary training, expertise, and qualifications.
- Coordinate with race officials, coaches, athletes, event officials, and other relevant parties to ensure effective organization and execution of race events and program activities.
- Attend race-related meetings, conferences, events, and program-related gatherings, contributing to the club’s reputation and visibility.
