**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**DUTIES AND REDSPONSIBILITIES**
- Build and maintain relationships with members, guests, Alpine Ontario and other employees in a friendly, courteous and co-operative manner while maintaining a calm and helpful attitude.
- Represent Osler Bluff Ski Blub to external Clubs and individuals.
- Work Collaboratively with the Programs team.
- Provide administrative support to the Manager, Programming Development.
- Provide accurate information to coaches, instructors, athletes and parents as required.
- Maintain documents related to race/snow programs such as registrations, entries, records, results and other relevant data.
- General office duties includes creating and maintaining excel spreadsheets, support programs, coordinating documentation.
- Support and manage the seasonal Summer Club staff, scheduling and training.
- Support the development of winter and summer camps.
- Support with the coordination and preparation of Program Committee meetings
- Maintain, update and distribute the annual “Program Guide”.
- Assist with budget preparation and updates.
- Support the billing process.
- Key contact for program IT, registration platform, and systems support.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in an executive administrative role preferably in a member-based club or hospitality setting.
- Experience as administrative support to senior management would be an asset.
- Successful completion of a College Diploma in Business Administration or related field would be preferred.
- Advanced proficiency is required in the use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with Jonas would be an asset
- Ability to perform and communicate in a highly professional and effective manner in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis and/or reasoning.
- Strong time management skills.
- Proven ability to work to tight deadlines with strong judgement and decision making abilities.
- Detail oriented with excellent proofreading skills.
- Flexible, adaptable and able to execute a range of job duties and changing priorities.
- Possess excellent written communication skills.
- Possess professional maturity and impeccable integrity.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
